霍邱县消防救援局“双随机、一公开”工作开展情况公告

list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">根据“双随机、一公开”相关规定要求，我局对2025年8月份检查存在火灾隐患的单位和2025年9月被抽中的备查单位进行公示。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">一、8月份抽查单位情况</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">8月份，我局共检查单位45家，其中，检查合格的2家，因客观原因无法开展检查的10家，发现有火灾隐患的共33家，发现45处隐患，责令限期整改33家。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">二、9月份被抽查单位公示</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">（一）检查时间</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">1.单位消防安全主体责任落实情况。包括：一是消防安全责任人及其职责是否确定；二是消防安全管理制度、消防安全操作规程、灭火和应急疏散预案是否制定；三是是否组织防火检查、消防演练和员工消防安全教育培训；四是依照规定是否建立专职消防队或志愿消防队。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">2.单位在运营中存在的火灾隐患（消防违法行为）。包括：一是疏散通道、安全出口、消防车通道、消防车登高操作场地被占用、堵塞、封闭，擅自改变防火、防烟分区，防火间距被占用；二是建筑构件、室内装修材料不符合消防技术标准、单位设置影响逃生和灭火救援的障碍物；三是易燃易爆危险品的场所与居住场所设置在同一建筑物内，在生产、储存、运输、销售、使用、销毁过程中违反有关消防技术标准和管理规定；四是违反规定使用明火作业或者在具有火灾、爆炸危险的场所吸烟、使用明火。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">3.单位消防设施（器材）完好有效情况。包括：一是消防设施、器材和消防安全标志配置、设置是否符合国家标准、行业标准或者未保证完好有效；二是自动消防设施是否定期组织检测、维修和保养，并保持完整好用；三是电器线路、燃气用具管路是否定期维护、检测。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">4.消防技术服务机构服务开展情况。包括：一是消防技术服务机构与单位合同签订情况；二是消防技术服务机构服务资质情况；三是消防技术服务机构履行合同情况。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">5.消防安全重点单位除检查上述内容外，还应当检查消防安全重点单位档案。内容包括：一是消防安全管理人及其职责履行情况；二是消防巡检管理系统录入情况；三是“五实N岗”落实情况；四是自动消防系统操作人员配备是否达到要求，并保证持证上岗；五是单位的高风险部位、重点岗位和关键环节的消防安全管理情况。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">四、未被抽查单位的消防安全管理要求</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; list-style: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 15px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-family: 微软雅黑;"><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px;">未被抽查的单位应主动落实主体责任，开展风险自主评估、安全自主检查、隐患自主整改，切实消除本单位火灾隐患，确保本单位消防安全管理规范，不发生火灾事故。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
