line-height: 2em;"><span leaf=""><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;font-weight: bold;">（一）土地补偿费和安置补助费。</span><span textstyle="" style="font-size: 17px;">本次征收土地补偿费和安置补助费标准按照《安徽省实施〈中华人民共和国土地管理法〉办法》及《安徽省人民政府关于公布全省征地区片综合地价标准的通知》（皖政〔2023〕62号）执行。其中：征收建设用地采用宗地评估方式进行补偿安置，霍邱县委托的安徽中信房地产土地资产价格评估有限公司在现场查勘和市场资料收集分析的基础上，按照地价评估的基本原则和估价程序确定了评估结果，补偿标准为47387元/亩。</span></span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
