visibility: visible; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='font-size: 17px;'> 城西湖乡以莲藕产业化建设为载体，抓大扶强龙头企业，不断实现农民富裕、产业发展、基层党组织坚强有力的乡村振兴之路。招商引资企业安徽徽莲公司累计流转望淮、望湖、陈嘴、东岭、老滩等7个村4183余户近2万亩土地从事莲藕种植，以科技赋能农业发展，提高产品质量，延伸莲藕产业链条。2021年，徽莲公司累计销售新鲜莲藕2.4万吨，藕片约5000吨，年总产值达到7600余万元，净利润约1700万元，吸纳周边群众223人稳定就业；建成集藕片、卤藕、藕夹、藕粉等一系列藕制品食品加工车间，为当地再创造就业岗位150个。望湖村与徽莲公司达成共识，在保证年供货量稳定的情况下，逐渐将莲藕种养环节转移到村集体或村民个人，并成立专门莲藕生产小组，由公司出种苗抓技术、村民出土地抓生产形式，以“土地入股、统一回购”模式，提高村民参与积极性、主动性，降低企业的资金压力，实现共同发展，共同致富。目前，该乡已有400余户从事莲藕种植，平均每亩产值4000余元，每亩增收1000余元。</span><br></section><p style='text-align: center;'><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p><section style='outline: 0px;
