max-width: 100%; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 在禁放区域内燃放烟花爆竹的，或者以危害公共安全和居民人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹的，由公安部门依据《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》第四十二条第二款、《六安市燃放烟花爆竹管理条例》第十六条之规定责令停止燃放，处300元以上500元以下罚款；构成违反治安管理行为的，依法给予治安管理处罚。</span></section><section style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;'><span style='outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 16px; box-sizing: border-box !important;'> 在禁放区域内使用电子礼炮、电子烟花、电子鞭炮等烟花爆竹替代品，制造噪声干扰他人正常生活的，由公安部门依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第五十八条之规定处以警告；警告后不改正的，处200元以上500元以下罚款。</span></section><section style='outline: 0px;
