max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; visibility: visible; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">《安徽省电动自行车管理条例》2023年3月1日起施行。《条例》对电动自行车的生产、销售与维修、登记、通行与停放、保障和法律责任等方面内容进行了明确和规范。交警部门提示您，以下几个方面请务必重视并自觉遵守:</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; visibility: visible; max-width: 100%; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important;">电动自行车应当自购买之日起15日内办理注册登记，取得电动自行车号牌。</span></span></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; color: rgb(255, 41, 65); box-sizing: border-box !important;">二、安全文明驾驶。</span></strong><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important;">驾驶电动自行车上道路行驶的，应当遵守下列规定：</span></span></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（一）驾驶电动自行车应当年满16周岁；成年人驾驶电动自行车仅限搭载1人，不具备搭载条件的电动自行车不得载人，搭载6周岁以下未成年人的应当使用安全座椅；驾乘人员应当规范佩戴安全头盔。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（二）不得醉酒驾驶、不得闯红灯、不得逆向行驶、不得追逐竞驶、不得驶入高速公路、城市快速路等禁止非机动车通行的区域；不得服用国家管制的精神药品或者麻醉药品后驾驶。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（三）不得牵引动物、浏览电子设备、以手持方式拨打接听电话等妨碍安全驾驶的行为。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（四）在指定位置悬挂合法有效的号牌。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; font-size: 15px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">（五）不得驾驶拼装、改装、加装或者变造、伪造整车编码的电动自行车。</span></p><p style="outline: 0px; box-sizing: border-box !important;">电动自行车停放不得妨碍其他车辆和行人通行。禁止停放在机动车道、非机动车道、盲道，人行道的禁止停放区域，疏散通道、安全出口、消防车通道等专用通道，建筑物公共门厅、楼梯间、楼道、走道等公共区域，以及其他公共场所的禁止停放区域。</span></span></p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%;
