霍邱一院介入血管外科首例肝动脉化疗灌注栓塞术成功

box-sizing: border-box !important;'>孙先生今年56岁，患有慢性乙肝已20多年，近期因肝部疼痛到霍邱一院就诊。经检查发现，肝脏占位直径约20厘米，诊断为肝癌，属巨大肿瘤。由于孙先生身体基本条件较差，再加上肿瘤位置特殊，经评估耐受不了传统的外科手术治疗。经介入血管外科戴陆朋主治医生会诊，在征得患者及家属的同意后，决定实施无创介入手术——肝动脉化疗灌注栓塞术进行治疗。在介入手术室，戴医生使用仅3毫米直径的导管从股动脉进入，精准直达肝癌供血动脉，再从导管注入药物，栓塞主要的肿瘤血管，以阻断肿瘤血供，使肿瘤缺血坏死，并灌注化疗药物以杀死肿瘤细胞，治疗效果显著。</span></p></section><p style='text-align: center;
